Payment & Financing
Navigating the financial aspects of your care should be simple. With insurance support and flexible payment plans, we make sure it is.
Straight numbers you can count on.
A lot of practices dance around the subject of cost, especially when insurance is involved. We don't believe that's right. At Gantry OMS, the first step for most patients is a consultation appointment, where we'll discuss your situation and walk you through your options. Our consult fee is a flat $150 and covers your exam and all in-house imaging, including panoramic and 3D CBCT scans. From there, you'll receive a plan for treatment with all fees clearly outlined. What we quote is what you pay, and you'll never receive an unexpected bill after your procedure.
Working With Insurance
We understand that insurance is often part of the decision when choosing a surgeon. At our practice, we strive to make treatment decisions based on what's actually going to bring the most benefit to you, not necessarily your insurer's bottom line. While benefits vary from plan to plan, many patients are surprised by how much their insurance covers. We work with most PPO plans by submitting courtesy claims on your behalf, and reimbursements go directly to you after treatment. This lets us focus entirely on your care: no treatment compromises, no insurance-driven decisions.
Ways to Pay
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and HSA/FSA cards. Oral surgery qualifies as an eligible HSA/FSA expense, so if you have funds set aside, this is a good use of them.
For patients who prefer to spread the cost of treatment over time, we've partnered with Cherry and CareCredit to offer flexible financing plans, many of which are interest-free with generous repayment terms. Signing up only take a moment, and our patient care coordinators would be happy to walk you through it.
